Window shapes and sizes vary widely, and you must measure each window individually. The safest way to ensure the correct measurement is to remember ‘3 + 3’ – measure each window at three different places, width and length, and measure each window three times. The way you measure for your blinds, and how you install them, depends on the kind of blind you choose. If you have measured correctly, your new blinds will fit perfectly. If not, please contact us. We understand measuring mistakes do happen and depending on the type of error, you may return the product for either replacement or repair.
All our ready-made curtains are designed to fit most hook-based curtain tracks and pole sets.
You should receive ready-made products within ten days of us receiving your payment. If your order doesn’t arrive within this time, please contact us.
If you are not 100% happy with your choice of ready-made product, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase when returned in its original, like-new condition, with proof of purchase, within 10 days after delivery. See our Returns Policy for more details.
