Great After Sale Service for Blinds | Kresta Lidcombe
Great after sale service! I visited the Kresta Lidcombe Showroom to try to solve two problems with a couple of Kresta blinds I own. While moving the blinds, I broke some parts and misplaced others. I had the pleasure to talk to the Service Manager at the store and he found the spare parts and explained to me the best way to fix both blinds.
I usually find that the post sales process in companies are not as good as the initial sales process, but at Kresta Lidcombe, the Service Manager sure knows how to provide an excellent service.
