After waiting 6 weeks the blinds and curtains are ready to install,
I was happy to pay the deposit of 1/2 the total cost, however the full balance before Kresta will even book an installation date.
This is poor company policy, especially when the curtains are incorrectly made too large, too short or too long, Disaster!!
We were now one week away from our tenants moving in, on the 1st of July.
I rang Jessie at Tweed Heads and discussed our options, explaining I can’t wait 6 more weeks.
It had to be done before the 1st of July. No – Later!
Sam and Jessie came out to take a look at the curtains.
They took the curtains away and assured me it would be done.
Jessie continued to keep me updated as the week progressed.
I was overwhelmed, on the 30th June at 10am when Jessie and Sam arrived to hang the curtains themselves.
