I wanted to thank you very much indeed for taking the steps you did to rectify the issues raised in my earlier email.
Karl came right on time, as promised, at 4pm yesterday, to hang the outstanding roller blinds. He was particularly polite and very pleasant to talk to.
Not only did he hang the blinds he brought with him, he also offered me some stops on all the blinds installed earlier to prevent them from going too high up when being opened, and from rolling on the ground when being closed.
This was something I had never been offered before, and of course, I didn't know to ask if it was possible to do.
Please accept my sincere thanks.
Your professionalism and concern about my earlier treatment by Kresta was most appreciated.
I wish you all the very best as you roll out a computerised system of ordering blinds, and I shall certainly call Kresta again, should we require more window coverings.
